전 조합원의 투쟁으로 만든 첫 단체협약 본교섭 통해 <잠정합의안> 확정
이케아를 이케아답게 만들기 위한 우리의 한 걸음, 노동조합의 행동은 계속됩니다!
마트산업노동조합과 이케아코리아는 3월 18일 12시, 노동조합 사무실에서 18차 본교섭을 진행하고, 총 118개 조항의 <단체협약 잠정합의안>을 확정했습니다.
이번 잠정합의안은 5개월 간의 쟁의기간, 4일 간의 총파업, 등벽보 부착 등의 쟁의지침을 수행하며 현장을 지켜온 전 조합원의 힘으로 만들어낸 소중한 성과입니다.

노동조합은 이 잠정합의안을 조합원과 함께 최종 결정합니다.
먼저 3월 19일부터 분회별로 조합원 설명회를 열어 단체협약 잠정합의안의 주요 내용을 설명하고, 이번 투쟁의 성과를 공유하게 됩니다. 설명회에 이어 3월 26일부터 28일까지 3일간 진행되는 조합원 찬반투표를 통해 잠정합의안을 결정합니다. 투표 결과에 따라 회사와 조인식을 진행합니다. 우리 모두의 노력으로 마련한 첫 단체협약안입니다. 이를 공유하고 결정하는 설명회와 찬반투표에 적극적인 참여를 요청드립니다.
